Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. We will notify any customer whose order may require additional time.

Available Shipping Methods - Shipping timeframes can vary based on carrier and time of year. Please allow additional shipping time during the holidays.

USPS First Class Mail - This is regular letter, snail mail. Delivery time greatly varies based on USPS volume and seasons. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery. USPS First Class shipments do not include tracking. We will not replace orders until 45 days have passed from shipping day. We strongly suggest choosing standard delivery.

Standard USPS Ground Advantage - Allow around 5 business days for delivery.

Priority Shipping - Allow 2-4 business days for delivery.

We currently do not offer International Shipping.

RETURNS
We'll accept returns and exchanges of unopened or unused product within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the original packaging.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Candles cannot be returned if they have been burned.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by USPS. If a package has been marked "Delivered" but has not been received by the recipient, it generally shows up 3-4 days later. However, we cannot refund products or shipping. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

REFUNDS (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return has been received in unused condition in original packaging, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process.
